The house is situated in the medieval village of Vellano.
It is approached on foot and is suitable for only active guests. The payoff is wonderful peaceful setting with fantastic views overlooking rolling Tuscan hills and valleys.
The nearest parking is only 50 metres away.
It has two floors and an outside Terrace suitable for al fresco dining.
The groundfloor has a large lounge / dining room, a kitchen featuring a large open fireplace and a traditional pantry cold room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven, hob, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
There is also a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further double bedroom and a twin room. There is a further bathroom with bath, shower, sink, WC and bidet. There is also a large landing with a double sofa bed.
Bedlinen and towels are provided weekly.
The Terrace has a shaded dining area and a separate sun terrace as well as an outdoor pizza oven.
